Louis Otey

Pastor Louis Otey, Jr. and his wife Debra, reside in Pittsburgh, PA and have served as pastors of New Covenant Christian Fellowship for 24 years. The Oteys have been married for 41 years and are the parents of three daughters and six grandchildren.
